- I forgotmy username/password. Can you find it out for me?
A: No problem! You may retrieve your password online or send us an email for help.
- How do I change my username/password?
A: You need to login first, then go to My Profile -> Change Password. You can't change your username.

- How do I become a new member?
Becoming a new member is quick and easy to do! Just click on "Sign Up" link and fill in a registration form. You may select your
membership payment plan or try it free for three days.
- How
do I update/edit my profile? How do I change my e-mail address?
You need to login first, then go to My Profile. You can change your email address, password, and other information.
- How do I delete my ad?
A: You need to login first, then go to Members -> My Profile ->Delete. Make sure you really want to delete your profile by confirming it.

- Why should
I post my pictures?
A: Ads with pictures get browsed eight times more often than those without pictures.
- What pictures are not allowed?
A: Prohibited pictures include but not limited to: (all pictures are subject to edit)
1) Nude, obscene, sexual or otherwise offensive pictures;
2) Cartoon characters and pictures of celebrities;
3) Any other copyrighted pictures.
- How do I post pictures?
A: Two easy ways: do it yourself or we do it for you.
Option 1: upload pictures yourself by editing your profile.
To upload pictures directly from your computer, follow the instructions below:
1) Register as member first by following the instructions above;
2) Editing your profile by following the instructions above;
3) On the editing profile form, locate your picture on your computer by clicking "Browse" button.
4) If you already have a profile with no pictures uploaded, or if you want to change the pictures uploaded,
you can always re-load your pictures by going to your profile-editing page;
Be sure to crop your pictures if necessary before uploading. It may take 24 to 72 hours for your pictures to appear on your ad.
Option 2: email your pictures to us, we do it for you.
We will scan, crop and post your pictures for free! Be sure to select pictures no larger than 5" x 7" and no smaller than 2" x 2".
To help us speed up the process when you email or mail your pictures, please include the following information:
1) First and last name
2) U2Link.com username
3) Your registered email address
4) Your pictures or picture attachment if emailed to us.

- How
long will it take for my pictures to appear?
If you do it yourself, your pictures will appear instantly. If you want us to do it for you,
it usually takes 24 to 72 hours.

- How do I respond to an ad?
A: Find an ad you like by either browsing or searching. To browse, click Ads -> Category (e.g. Women Seeking Men), and pick an ad you like. To search, click Ads -> Search, you can perform either Simple Search, or Advanced Search (by specify more criteria). Once you find an ad, go to the bottom of an ad page, click the icon with tip message "Send An E-mail to This Member", type your message on the SendEmail window. You can also attach up to three pictures if you want. Notice that the member's email address is blocked to protected our members' privacy.
- How
do I print an ad?
Once you find an ad, look for the "Print" command under file -> Print.
